I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my custom ring. From the very first moment I reached out with an inquiry, they kept me informed every step of the way. The communication was outstanding, timely, clear, and professional throughout the entire process.
My agent, Trinity, was incredible from start to finish. She was attentive, and always available to answer my questions. She truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
They sent me a detailed CAD drawing of the custom design for approval, followed by a video and photos of the finished ring before shipping, it made the process feel reassuring.
Delivery was smooth and on time, and the ring is absolutely perfect, even better than I imagined. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I recommend them 100%
