The seller failed to deliver a diamond that met the weight, shape, or growth type agreed upon despite multiple confirmations. The seller acknowledged that she was aware of the incorrect growth type prior to shipping and did not explicitly disclose it and that she decided to use dimensions from an unrelated order to create this underweight stone. The seller's insistence that the product could only be returned with a marked value of approximately 1% of what she charged the customer while refusing to commit to accepting any of the risk of uninsured shipping meant this could effectively not be returned despite the seller's misrepresentation unless you as the buyer are willing to risk having neither the product nor the money used to pay for it in the end. I would not recommend this seller.
